It may not be sold, transferred, assigned, or monetized by any party without written, notarized consent from the governing authority of the Trust.

Secured Interest Declaration
A perfected commercial lien in the amount of $144,000,000 is declared and enforceable by right of contract, spiritual title, and security agreement. This lien applies to all trust-held property, titles, assets, commercial claims, instruments, and collateral—public or private.
All commercial interactions with the Trust are hereby subject to this perfected lien under UCC Article 9.
Enforcement Rights of Trustee Include
:
Liquidation of defaulted commercial instruments
Assignment of interest and administrative claims
Offset of debt and lien remedy against third-party breaches
Constructive trust claims upon violators, state agents, or private parties
Execution of default judgment for all unrebutted dishonors
Breach Provisions
Any dishonor, interference, or denial of this Agreement or the religious trust exemption shall constitute:
Fraud under 18 U.S.C. § 1001
Religious rights violations under 42 U.S.C. § 2000e-16
Commercial dishonor under UCC § 3-603
Civil conspiracy under 18 U.S.C. § 241
Color of law deprivation under 18 U.S.C. § 242

All third parties are deemed to have received legal notice by publication.
Notice to Agent is Notice to Principal. Silence is consent.
This Security Agreement is irrevocable, non-negotiable, and binding under commercial, religious, and spiritual law.
GOVERNING STATUTES – CHARITABLE TRUST & RELIGIOUS EXEMPTION
1. Illinois Solicitation for Charity Act

225 ILCS 460/
This is the primary law under which your trust is registered (CO# 01088815).
225 ILCS 460/2 – “No charitable organization shall solicit contributions unless registered with the Attorney General.”
225 ILCS 460/4 – “Religious organizations are exempt from filing financial reports unless they solicit contributions from the general public.”
225 ILCS 460/6 – Grants the Attorney General power to investigate and enforce any dishonor of a charitable trust’s rights.
2. Illinois Trusts and Trustees Act

Applies to enforcement, management, and fiduciary power of religious charitable trusts.
760 ILCS 5/2 – “A trust may be created for charitable, religious, educational, or scientific purposes.”
760 ILCS 5/4 – Trustee has full power to manage, protect, and enforce the trust under private contract law.
760 ILCS 5/5 – Courts and agencies must recognize valid trust instruments and not interfere without breach or fraud.

4. IRS Federal Exemption Law

26 U.S.C. § 508(c)(1)(A)
Your trust is exempt by operation of law from IRS Form 1023 requirements.
508(c)(1)(A) – “Churches, their integrated auxiliaries, and conventions or associations of churches shall be considered tax-exempt without application.”

Protects your religious trust from any agency, company, or public entity that burdens your religious operation.
775 ILCS 35/15 – No government may “substantially burden a person’s exercise of religion” even if that entity is registered or not.
