We do not discriminate, and we do not support or engage in discrimination in any form—whether direct or indirect, verbal or nonverbal, personal or institutional. We do not allow discrimination by our agents, partners, volunteers, or beneficiaries, and we reject all bias-based exclusion rooted in race, belief, background, or status.

In full alignment with divine law, natural law, and federal standards including the Civil Rights Act, Equal Credit Opportunity Act (ECOA), Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), and Fair Housing Act, we prohibit discrimination on the basis of:

• Race or Ethnic Origin

• Family or Marital Status

• Credit Score, Income Source, or Housing Status

No service, education, resource, or program shall be withheld from any individual based on unlawful or immoral grounds. This includes access to credit literacy classes, trust education, legal remedy sessions, charitable support, or housing assistance advocacy.

All trust agents, contractors, and affiliates are likewise bound by this covenant of equality. Violation of this policy is grounds for removal from participation and may be reported to the proper oversight bodies under 775 ILCS 5/1-101 and federal nonprofit law.
