MANDATORY MINISTERIAL & TRUSTEE ASSEMBLY NOTICE

Effective immediately, all Ministers and Trustees operating under the Amare Bey Family Trust and its Moslem religious jurisdiction are hereby summoned to a mandatory assembly.

Date: Sunday, April 5, 2026

Time: 7:00 PM (Central Standard Time)

Attendance is required for all Ministers and Trustees. Any absence must be supported by a formal written excuse submitted no later than Friday, April 3, 2026. Failure to comply will be recognized as non-performance of fiduciary and ministerial duties.

This assembly will cover the following:

• Ministerial schooling and internal development

• Trustee duties, stewardship, and fiduciary obligations

• Moslem religious structure and governance

• Rights, jurisdiction, and enforcement within the Trust and Ministry

This session is foundational and will establish operational alignment for all participants moving forward.

All parties are expected to appear prepared, attentive, and in good standing.
